Booking disclaimer

By booking a session at Oasis Saunas, guests confirm that they have read and understood the relevant health, safety and usage guidance provided on the website and during the booking process.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that sauna use, cold plunge and contrast therapy are suitable for them and should seek medical advice where needed.

Bookings may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session may not be eligible for a refund.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting Oasis Saunas. Oasis Saunas cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are lost, damaged or left unattended.

Please take care when moving around wet areas, including showers, cold plunge areas and changing spaces, as floors may become slippery.

Guests should follow all on-site safety guidance and move carefully throughout their visit.
